Just Nu!
"Just nu!" (; "Right now!") was the entry in the Eurovision Song Contest 1980, performed in Swedish by Tomas Ledin. The song talks about a man tired of the monotonous life in the city, in that moment he wants to live his life, he wants to feel the air in his lungs and perhaps to travel to Paris. The song was performed 8th on the night, following 's Bamses Venner with " Tænker altid på dig" and preceding 's Paola with " Cinéma". At the close of voting, it had received 47 points, placing 10th in a field of 19. It was succeeded as Swedish representative at the 1981 contest by Björn Skifs with "Fångad i en dröm". During the performance the cable was accidentally plugged out of Tomas Ledin's microphone. He just made it to plug it in before the start of the second verse. Tomas Ledin
Tomas Folke Jonas Ledin (; born 25 February 1952) is a Swedish singer, songwriter, musician, and record producer. He grew up in the town of Sandviken, Sweden and has sold 3 million records. Career Tomas Ledin started his career in 1972 when his first single, "Då ska jag spela", was a big hit. Other successful songs followed: "Blå, blå känslor" (1973), (covered by Björn Skifs), "Knivhuggarrock" (1975), "Festen har börjat" (1976), and "I natt är jag din" (1977). At the beginning of the 70s, Ledin was influenced by hippie fashion and demonstrated against the Vietnam war. He also took part in a Swedish stage production of the musical ''Godspell'' in 1975 and performed in 140 concerts in the Swedish folkparks in 1977. In 1979, ABBA member Benny Andersson offered him a chance to record for the group's company Polar Music. ''Expressen'' (''The Express'') is one of two nationwide evening newspapers in Sweden, the other being '' Aftonbladet''. Så mycket bättre (, "So Much Better") is a Swedish reality television show that airs on TV4 (Sweden), TV4. The basic premise is that each artist attempts to do their own version of another artist's well-known songs, with each person getting an episode featuring all of their songs being performed by the other musicians. The artists spend eight days together at a hotel in Gotland, where they attempt to put their own stamps on the songs.
