Jurm (2005 Film)
''Jurm'' (English: ''Crime'') is an Indian Hindi-language mystery- thriller film written and directed by Vikram Bhatt and was released in 2005. The plot of the movie is similar to the 1999 movie ''Double Jeopardy''. Summary Avinash Malhotra, a rich businessman, is arrested for murdering his wife Sanjana. All the evidence points towards his guilt, but Avinash himself is unsure whether he really killed her. A guilt-ridden and distraught Avinash asks the help from his friend and lawyer Rohit to escape from sure punishment. But Avinash doesn't know that he is going to get in an even bigger mess than he is trying to get out from. Plot Avinash and Sanjana's married life goes downhill when he realizes that she has been lying to him, even about petty things. Vikram Bhatt
Vikram Bhatt (born 27 January 1969) is an Indian director, producer, screenwriter and actor. He is best known for directing the Raaz (film series), ''Raaz'' film series, an Indian horror series produced by Mahesh Bhatt and Mukesh Bhatt and for directing ''Ghulam (film), Ghulam'' (1999) starring Aamir Khan and Rani Mukherji, which was also produced by Mukesh Bhatt. Krishnakumar Kunnath (23 August 1968 – 31 May 2022), popularly known as KK, was an Indian playback singer.
