Jurjen Bosch
Jurjen Bosch (born 14 December 1985) is a Dutch retired professional football player who played as a forward for Dutch club SC Cambuur. Club career In his younger years, he played for local soccer club Wykels Hallum. Bosch made his professional debut for Cambuur on 21 December 2007 in an Eerste Divisie match against Go Ahead Eagles. He was released by the club in 2009. Hallum
Hallum is a village in the province of Friesland, the Netherlands. It is a village in the municipality of Noardeast-Fryslân and it had a population of around 2,746 in January 2017. The primary language spoken is West Frisian. Before 2019, the village was part of the Ferwerderadiel municipality. The monastery was located in Hallum between 1163 and 1578. History The village was first mentioned in the 13th century as Hallem. The etymology is unclear. Hallum is a ''terp'' (artificial living mound) village with a radial structure which developed several centuries Before Christ. During the 11th or 12th century, a dike was built linking the village to Stiens and Marrum. The Derde Divisie (; en, Third Division), formerly known as Topklasse (; en, Top Class), is the fourth tier of football in the Netherlands, which had its inaugural season as a third tier in 2010–11 and as a fourth tier in 2016–17. The Vierde Divisie, formerly known as Hoofdklasse () is the second-highest league of amateur football in the Netherlands, and the fifth tier in general. Background The league is divided into two sections: Saturday and Sunday. This is a result of the traditional pillarisation ( nl, verzuiling), the segregation of Dutch society. The ''Saturday'' clubs are mainly Protestant Christian clubs, who were not allowed to play on Sunday. The ''Sunday'' clubs were in general Catholic and working class clubs, whose players had to work on Saturday and therefore could only play on Sunday. Although the pillarisation ended in the 1960s and 1970s, the clubs and the league have maintained this division.
