Sonic Adventure
is a 1998 platform game for Sega's Dreamcast and the first main '' Sonic the Hedgehog'' game to feature 3D gameplay. It follows Sonic the Hedgehog, Miles "Tails" Prower, Knuckles the Echidna, Amy Rose, Big the Cat, and E-102 Gamma in their quests to collect the Chaos Emeralds and stop Doctor Robotnik from unleashing Chaos, an ancient evil. Outside the main game, players can play minigames like racing and interact with Chao, a virtual pet. Sonic Team began developing ''Sonic Adventure'' in 1997, after the cancellation of the Sega Saturn game ''Sonic X-treme''. Led by director Takashi Iizuka and producer Yuji Naka, the team strove to reinvent ''Sonic'' for the 3D era of video games. ''Adventure'' features a stronger emphasis on storyte ...

Super Smash Bros
''Super Smash Bros.'' is a crossover fighting game series published by Nintendo. The series was created by Masahiro Sakurai, who has directed every game in the series. The series is known for its unique gameplay objective which differs from that of traditional fighters, in that the aim is to increase damage counters and knock opponents off the stage instead of depleting life bars. The original '' Super Smash Bros.'' was released in 1999 for the Nintendo 64. The series achieved even greater success with the release of '' Super Smash Bros. Melee'', which was released in 2001 for the GameCube and became the best selling game on that system. A third installment, ''Super Smash Bros. Brawl'', was released in 2008 for the Wii. OutRun 2 SP
, usually stylized as ''OutRun2'', is a 2003 racing game released by Sega for the arcades. Gameplay ''OutRun 2'' stays true to the race format from the 1986 original, in which the player is behind the steering wheel of a Ferrari sports car with a friend in the passenger seat through 5 of 15 stages. As before, the player can choose their course and the soundtrack. Sega licensed seven Ferrari vehicles for ''OutRun 2'', including the Testarossa from the original game. As with the previous games, ''OutRun 2's'' racing isn't realistic. Drifting is emphasized to control the cars through turns. The soundtrack was completely rearranged, bringing in seven pieces of music with styles ranging from instrumental rock to upbeat ballads. The original 1986 music is also unlockable. ''OutRun 2'' has been overhauled with 3D graphics and a local networked multiplayer system. Single-player game modes ''OutRun 2'' provides three single-player game modes: "OutRun mode", "Heart Attack mode" and ...

Shadow The Hedgehog (video Game)
is a 2005 platform game developed by Sega Studios USA (the former United States division of Sonic Team) and published by Sega as part of the ''Sonic the Hedgehog'' series. The game follows Shadow the Hedgehog, a creation of Doctor Eggman's grandfather, Prof. Gerald Robotnik with the aid of Black Doom, as he attempts to learn about his past while suffering from amnesia. ''Shadow the Hedgehog'' reintroduces third-person shooter elements from ''Sonic Adventure 1'' and ''Sonic Adventure 2'' but greatly expands on the concept and newly introduces nonlinear gameplay to the ''Sonic'' franchise. To defeat enemies, Shadow can use a variety of weapons from each faction and use the newly introduced Chaos powers to aid him in his quest. Out of the twenty-two levels there are eleven that have three possible missions that the player may choose to complete, the other eleven have two missions. The missions completed determine the game's plot and subsequently playable levels. The development te ...

''Heroes'' was the first multi-platform ''Sonic'' game, produced for the PlayStation 2, Xbox, GameCube, and Windows. Sonic Team USA's Yuji Naka and Takashi Iizuka led the game's 20-month development. The team wanted ''Sonic Heroes'' to appeal beyond ''Sonic'' series fans and so designed a game that did not depend on the continuation of its ...
