Julius Nättinen
Julius Nättinen (born 14 January 1997) is a Finnish professional ice hockey forward who is currently playing with HIFK of the Liiga. He was drafted by the Anaheim Ducks in the second round, 59th overall, in the 2015 NHL Entry Draft. Playing career Nättinen played as a youth in his native Finland and made his Liiga debut playing a solitary game with JYP Jyväskylä during the 2013–14 season. On 16 July 2015, Nättinen was signed to a three-year entry-level contract by the Anaheim Ducks. He left Finland after the draft to continue his development playing major junior hockey in the Ontario Hockey League (OHL) after he was selected by the Barrie Colts, 51st overall in the CHL Import Draft in 2015. After his rookie season in the OHL with the Colts in the 2015–16 season and having scored 71 points in just 52 games, Nättinen was traded to the Windsor Spitfires on 26 June 2016. Jyväskylä () is a city and municipality in Finland in the western part of the Finnish Lakeland. 2015–16 OHL Season
The 2015–16 OHL season was the 36th season of the Ontario Hockey League, in which twenty teams played 68 games each according to the regular season schedule, from September 2015 to March 2016. The Plymouth Whalers relocated to Flint and became the Flint Firebirds, playing at the Dort Federal Credit Union Event Center. The Belleville Bulls relocated to Hamilton and became the Hamilton Bulldogs, playing at FirstOntario Centre. The London Knights won the J. Ross Robertson Cup for the fourth time in franchise history, as they defeated the Niagara IceDogs in four games in the final round of the playoffs. Point (ice Hockey)
In ice hockey, point has three contemporary meanings. Personal stat A point is awarded to a player for each goal scored or assist earned. The total number of goals plus assists equals total points. The Art Ross Trophy is awarded to the National Hockey League (NHL) player who leads the league in scoring points at the end of the regular season. Team stat Points are also awarded to assess standings (or rankings). Historically, teams were awarded two points for each win, one point for each tie and no points for a loss. Assist (ice Hockey)
In ice hockey, an assist is attributed to up to two players of the scoring team who shot, passed or deflected the puck towards the scoring teammate, or touched it in any other way which enabled the goal, meaning that they were "assisting" in the goal. There can be a maximum of two assists per goal. The assists will be awarded in the order of play, with the last player to pass the puck to the goal scorer getting the primary assist and the player who passed it to the primary assister getting the secondary assist. Players who gain an assist will get one point added to their player statistics. Swedish Hockey League
The Swedish Hockey League (officially SHL; sv, Svenska Hockeyligan) is a professional ice hockey league, and the highest division in the Swedish ice hockey system. The league currently consists of 14 teams. The league was founded in 1975, and while Swedish ice hockey champions have been crowned through various formats since 1922, the title and the Le Mat Trophy have been awarded to the winner of the SHL playoffs since the league's inaugural 1975–76 season. 2017–18 AHL Season
The 2017–18 AHL season was the 82nd season of the American Hockey League. The regular season ran from October 6, 2017, to April 15, 2018. The 2018 Calder Cup playoffs followed the conclusion of the regular season. The Toronto Marlies won their first Calder Cup in seven games over the Texas Stars.
