Julius Jenkins
Julius Jenkins (born February 10, 1981) is an American professional basketball player, who lastly played for Science City Jena of the Basketball Bundesliga. College career Jenkins played collegiately at Georgia Southern University. Professional career He signed a contract extension with ALBA through the 2010-2011 season after being named the German League's MVP in 2008. Before joining ALBA Berlin, Jenkins played professionally for RCE Nürnberg, also in Germany, and Euphony Bree in Belgium. In July 2011 he signed a two-year deal with Brose Baskets in Germany. After only one year in Bamberg the club decided to cut him. In July 2012, he sign a two-year deal with the EWE Baskets Oldenburg in Germany. In July 2014, he re–signed with Oldenburg. On December 19, 2015, he signed with the Montenegrin club Budućnost Podgorica for the rest of the season. Point Guard
The point guard (PG), also called the one or the point, is one of the five positions in a regulation basketball game. A point guard has perhaps the most specialized role of any position. Point guards are expected to run the team's offense by controlling the ball and making sure that it gets to the right player at the right time. Above all, the point guard must understand and accept their coach's game plan; in this way, the position can be compared to a quarterback in American football. They must also be able to adapt to what the defense is allowing and must control the pace of the game. A point guard specializes in certain skills, like other player positions in basketball. The Montenegrin Basketball Cup is an annual cup competition for Montenegrin basketball teams held since 2007. History Montenegrin clubs in Yugoslav Cup Before the Montenegrin independence in 2006, clubs from Montenegro played in national Cup of Yugoslavia. Most successful was KK Budućnost with three trophies won. First time, Budućnost won the trophy at final-four 1996 in Nikšić, defeating KK Partizan (126–115) in the final. Euphony Bree
Bree B.B.C. is a former professional basketball team based in Bree, Belgium. The club was dissolved in 2010, after going bankrupt. The club played multiple years as a professional team in the Ethias League and played its home games in the Tilmans Expo Centre. History Bree became the Belgian league champion for the first time in 2005, and played in the Eurocup the year after. In the Eurocup 2005-06 season, Bree finished in 3rd place in Group A with a 5-5 record, and lost to Hapoel Jerusalem in the 1/8 finals. They finished in 3rd place in the Ethias League in 2006, in 2nd place in the league in 2007 and 2008.
