''Some Voices'' is a 2000 British drama film directed by Simon Cellan Jones and adapted for the screen by Joe Penhall, from his own stage play (originally a theatre production for the Royal Court, London). It is Cellan Jones's first feature film. The film was almost entirely shot on location in Shepherd's Bush, West London, where Cellan Jones lives. Plot The film's central character, Ray (Daniel Craig), has schizophrenia. The story begins with Ray's discharge from psychiatric hospital. It depicts the lives of a group of people who survived a virulent unknown strain of influenza which has wiped out most of the human species.
