Julie Davis (born 1969) is an American film director, writer and actress. Davis is best known for directing, writing and acting in the romantic comedy film ''Amy's Orgasm''. Davis' first film, the ultra low-budget ''I Love You, Don't Touch Me!'' debuted at the 1997 Sundance Film Festival. The Santa Barbara International Film Festival (SBIFF) is an eleven-day film festival held in Santa Barbara, California since 1986. The festival boasts screenings of over 200 feature films and shorts from different countries and regions. SBIFF also includes celebrity tributes, industry panels and education programs.
