Julia Reynolds is a reporter with the Center for Investigative Reporting. She also edits ''El Andar'', a magazine of Latino politics and culture. Career She works as a criminal justice reporter at ''The Monterey County Herald''. The National Association of Hispanic Journalists (NAHJ) is a Washington, D.C.-based organization dedicated to the advancement of Hispanic and Latino journalists in the United States and Puerto Rico. The Center for Investigative Reporting (CIR) is a nonprofit news organization based in Emeryville, California.
