Judith Ann Webb
Judith "Judy" Ann Webb is an ecologist and conservationist. Biography Webb studied Botany and Zoology at university and subsequently taught at Milham Ford School, Oxford. She is a practical field ecologist and has been involved with conservation through advising and leading local Oxfordshire organisations since the 1990s. This has included making extensive records of the flora and fauna of Oxfordshire, public speaking and organising official re-introductions of plants such as creeping marshwort (''Apium repens'') at Cutteslowe Pond. She is the Assistant Editor of the Bulletin of the Dipterists Forum and the Chair of the Friends of Lye Valley that she founded in 2013. Awards and honours Webb was awarded a Certificate of Honour from Oxford City Council on 19 June 2017 in recognition of her voluntary and advocacy work for the environment in Oxfordshire. Milham Ford School
Milham Ford School was a girls' secondary school in Oxford, England, located in the suburb of New Marston on Marston Road. It was founded in East Oxford in the 1880s and closed in 2003. History The school's origins lie in the 1890s when sisters Emma and Jane Moody started a private nursery school for boys and girls, located in their house in Iffley Road, East Oxford; it seems likely that this was their parent's family home at 7, Iffley Road. Milham Ford Cottages By 1898, the school had moved to a cottage, or group of cottages, in Cowley Place, south from The Plain close to Magdalen Bridge and Magdalen College School. It was from there that the new girls' school was launched, being named after the Milham Ford that crossed the River Cherwell nearby. It was advertised as "a new day and boarding school for girls" which also took boys up to the age of ten and made "special arrangements" for children under seven. 2021 New Year Honours

The Most Excellent Order of the British Empire is a British order of chivalry, rewarding contributions to the arts and sciences, work with charitable and welfare organisations, and public service outside the civil service. It was established on 4 June 1917 by King George V and comprises five classes across both civil and military divisions, the most senior two of which make the recipient either a knight if male or dame if female. British Empire Medal
The British Empire Medal (BEM; formerly British Empire Medal for Meritorious Service) is a British and Commonwealth award for meritorious civil or military service worthy of recognition by the Crown. The current honour was created in 1922 to replace the original medal, which had been established in 1917 as part of the Order of the British Empire. Award The British Empire Medal is granted in recognition of meritorious civil or military service. Recipients are entitled to use the post-nominal letters "BEM". Creeping Marshwort
''Helosciadium repens'' commonly known as creeping marshwort, is a species of plant belonging to the Apiaceae family. It occurs in Western and Central Europe, being rare throughout its range. It grows in wetland areas where it does not have to compete with taller plants due to grazing by animals, periodic flooding during the winter-spring seasons, or mowing. It is considered a species of Near-threatened species, near-threatened status at the continental level, Critically Endangered, critically endangered and legally protected in Poland. It is subject to protection within the European Natura 2000 network. Geographical distribution The creeping marshwort is a subatlantic species.
