Juan Manuel Silva
Juan Manuel Silva (born October 12, 1972 in Resistencia, Chaco), nicknamed ''el Pato'' ("the Duck") is an Argentine racing driver. In 1999 he was the champion of the TC 2000 competition and in 2005 he was the champion of the Turismo Carretera competition. Biography His father used to build racing cars for him. Already as a teenager he won two annual karting competitions (1986 and 1987). His last three titles are separated by six years each. He crowned himself champion of three different racing series in 1993, 1999 and 2005. He was a driver of the Argentine Formula Renault before competing in the TC2000 series. He spent part of the 1990s in Japan and returned to Argentina and to TC 2000 and Turismo Carretera in 1998. Resistencia, Chaco
Resistencia () is the capital and largest city of the province of Chaco in north-eastern Argentina. According to the 2010 census, the population of the city proper was 291,720 inhabitants. It is the anchor of a larger metropolitan area, Greater Resistencia, which comprises at least three more municipalities for a total population of 387,340 as of 2010. This conurbation is the largest in the province, and the eleventh most populous in the country. It is located along the Negro River, a tributary of the much larger Paraná River, opposite the city of Corrientes, Corrientes Province. Matías Rossi (born 2 April 1984) is an Argentine racecar driver. He competes full-time in the Turismo Carretera, driving the No. 317 Toyota Camry for Toyota Gazoo Racing and in the Stock Car Pro Series, driving the No. 117 Toyota Corolla for A. Mattheis Vogel Motorsport. He is the youngest person to win back-to-back TC2000 championships, in 2006–2007. In 2010 he won the Konex Award. He began his career by driving go-karts at the age of 11. Anthony Reid is a British auto racing driver, born on 17 May 1957 in Glasgow, Scotland. He was educated at Loretto School in Edinburgh. He lives in England. José María "Pechito" López (born 26 April 1983) is an Argentine race car driver who is currently competing in the FIA World Endurance Championship with Toyota Gazoo Racing and 2014–2016 World Touring Car Champion. He raced in the 2006 GP2 Series for the Super Nova team, and previously for the DAMS team, and the CMS team in Formula 3000. He was also at Renault F1 as a test driver.
