Juan Eluchans
Juan Eduardo Eluchans (born 14 April 1980) is an Argentine Football (soccer), footballer who plays for Atlético de Rafaela of the Argentine Primera División. Club career SM Caen In June 2007, Eluchans was transferred to Ligue 1 side SM Caen, signing a two-year contract in a €1 million deal. His league debut came on 4 August against OGC Nice, Nice. He scored his first goal for the club in a 2–2 draw with FC Sochaux-Montbéliard, Sochaux. After several weeks of adaptation, Eluchans conquered the fans of the team and fully participated in the club season. Tandil is the main city of the homonymous partido (department), located in Argentina, in the southeast of Buenos Aires Province, just north-northwest of Tandilia hills. Enrique Roberto Osses Zencovic (born May 26, 1974) is a football referee from Chile for Asociación Nacional de Fútbol Profesional de Chile (ANFP) and CONMEBOL. Osses has officiated international matches which include the 2011 Copa América, Copa Sudamericana, Copa Libertadores, 2010 and 2014 South American World Cup qualifiers, and the 2009 South American Youth Championship. In 2005, he sent off 21 players in 16 league games. During a 2005 match that faced San Felipe against Unión Española, the latter's goalkeeper Ignacio González received his second yellow card, and consequently a red card. Upset by this, González brought Osses to the ground after hitting him in the face. Afterwards the player was held in police custody for two hours. Club de Deportes Santiago Wanderers is a football club based in Valparaíso, a founding member of the Chilean Football Federation. Their home ground, Estadio Elías Figueroa Brander, is in the north-west of the city. Wanderers have played their games there since 1931 after moving from Barrio Puerto.
