Jovan Krneta
Jovan Krneta (Serbian Cyrillic: Јован Крнета; born 4 May 1992) is a Serbian footballer who plays as a defender. Career Jovan began his career with Partizan youth squad. Few times he was even included in their first team, but never managed to make a debut for them. In January 2011, after his contract with Partizan expired, he signed for their arch rivals Red Star Belgrade. However, he was loaned to the Sopot where he spent almost a year. In January 2012 he was promoted to Red Star's first squad, and on 14 March 2012 he made his first team debut in a match against Smederevo. In July 2015, Krneta signed a one-year contract with Azerbaijan Premier League side Zira FK. The Azerbaijan Premier League ( az, Azərbaycan Premyer Liqası) is a professional league for men's association football clubs. 2011–12 Serbian Cup
The 2011–12 Serbian Cup season was the sixth season of the Serbian national football tournament. The competition started on 31 August 2011 and concluded with the Final on May 16, 2012. The winner of the competition qualified for the second qualifying round of the 2012–13 UEFA Europa League. Preliminary round A preliminary round was held in order to reduce the number of teams competing in the next round to 32 and featured 14 teams from Serbian lower divisions. The Serbian Cup ( Serbian: Куп Србије, Kup Srbije) is the national football cup of Serbia. The winner of the competition gets a spot in the UEFA Europa League qualifying round. From 2006 to 2010, the competition was known as the Lav Cup for sponsorship reasons. History Serbia's cup tournament is the legal successor to the Serbia and Montenegro Cup and in turn of the Yugoslav Cup. The 2014–15 Ukrainian Premier League season was the 24th since its establishment. The competition commenced on 25 July when Metalurh Donetsk hosted Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk in Lviv. With the continuation of the 2014 pro-Russian conflict in Ukraine in the oblasts of Donetsk and Luhansk the Football Federation of Ukraine, the league reduced the number of teams.
