Jovan Jovanov ( mk, Јован Јованов) is a Macedonian-Canadian music producer, record engineer and songwriter of pop, R&B, house, and hip-hop. Now based in Toronto, Ontario, Jovanov is working with Canadian artists such as Alx Veliz, NorthSideBenji, Liron, and many others. Macedonian audience knows Jovanov as a singer and composer of many hit songs performed by artists such a Toše Proeski, Elvir Mekic, Adrian Gaxha, Слаткаристика, Toni Zen, Next Time and many others. Jovanov has composed, written, and produced over 700 songs and received many awards and acknowledgments. Internationally his hits have over 200 million views on YouTube. Skopje
Skopje ( , , ; mk, Скопје ; sq, Shkup) is the capital and largest city of North Macedonia. It is the country's political, cultural, economic, and academic centre. Rusinka
"Rusinka" ( mk, Русинкa, en, Russian Girl) is a song performed by Macedonian singer Vlatko Ilievski. The song represented Macedonia in the Eurovision Song Contest 2011 in Düsseldorf, Germany, but it failed to qualify in the final. For first time it was performed on Skopje Fest 2011, together with nineteen other songs, and won the first place, from both jury and the public votes. Apart from the Macedonian version of the song, the song was also released in three other languages: English, Russian and Serbo-Croatian. Vlatko Ilievski ( mk, Влатко Илиевски; 2 July 1985 – 6 July 2018) was a Macedonian pop rock singer and actor. He was the runner-up to be the Macedonian entry for the Eurovision Song Contest 2010 and represented FYR Macedonia in the Eurovision Song Contest 2011 with the song " Rusinka" in Düsseldorf, Germany. He was previously a member of the rock band "Moral". He was a student of acting at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts, Skopje, where he graduated in 2010 with the drama "Anger" from Stephen King (The Rage). Early life Vlatko Ilievski was born in Skopje, Yugoslavia, in present-day North Macedonia. At age of 12, he started playing guitar and singing in local bands in Skopje. Prati Mi SMS
Prati is the 22nd ''rione'' of Rome, identified by the initials R. XXII. It belongs to the Municipio I since 2013, while previously, along with Borgo and ''quartieri'' Trionfale and Della Vittoria, it was part of the Municipio XVII. Its coat of arms depicts the shape of Hadrian's mausoleum, in a blue color on a silver background. Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2008
The Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2008 was the sixth edition of the annual Junior Eurovision Song Contest, which is the world's largest song contest for children. It was held at the "Spyros Kyprianou" Athletic Centre in Lemesos, Cyprus and hosted by Alex Michael and Sophia Paraskeva. The theme of the event was "Fun in the Sun", despite the fact that there were thunderstorms in Lemesos the day of the contest. It was won by the Georgian trio Bzikebi, with the song "Bzz..". Ukraine took 2nd place and Lithuania finished 3rd. Bzikebi also became the first group act to win Junior Eurovision. For the contest, various changes to the rules were made. Junior Eurovision
The Junior Eurovision Song Contest (often shortened to JESC, Junior Eurovision or Junior EuroSong) is an international song competition which has been organised by the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) annually since 2003. It is held in a different European city each year, however the same city can host the contest more than once. The competition has many similarities to the Eurovision Song Contest from which its name is taken. Each participating broadcaster sends an act, the members of which are aged 9 to 14 on the day of the contest, and an original song lasting three minutes at most to compete against the other participating entries. Macedonia (officially under the provisional appellation "former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia", abbreviated "FYR Macedonia") participated in the Eurovision Song Contest 2009 with the song " Nešto što kje ostane" written by Jovan Jovanov, Damjan Lazarov and Elvir Mekić. The song was performed by the duo Next Time. The Macedonian broadcaster Macedonian Radio Television (MRT) organised ''Skopje Fest 2009'' in order to select the Macedonian entry for the 2009 contest in Moscow, Russia. 32 entries competed in the competition which consisted of three shows: two semi-finals and a final. Sixteen songs competed in each semi-final and the top eight from each semi-final qualified to the final. In the final, "Nešto što kje ostane" performed by Next Time was selected following the combination of votes from a twelve-member jury panel and a public televote.
