José Santos Arias
José Santos Arias González (22 January 1928 – 4 September 2012), known as José Santos Arias, was a Chilean football player who played as a forward and manager. Career Arias joined Colo-Colo after taking part in a championship in the Estadio Nacional as a member of the team of normal school from Victoria city. As a player of Colo-Colo, he made fifty-three appearances and scored nine goals in the Chilean top division from 1950 to 1952. In 1953, he switched to the traditional rival, Universidad de Chile, becoming the fifth player to make it directly after Alfonso Domínguez, Pedro Hugo López, Jorge Peñaloza and Javier Mascaró. For them, he made twenty-seven appearances and scored four goals at league level. His last club was Green Cross in 1955. Fernando Riera
Fernando José Riera Bauzá (27 June 1920 – 23 September 2010) was a Chilean professional football player and manager, patriarch of Chilean football. Career Riera was born in Santiago, Chile. As a footballer, he played for Chile in the 1942, 1947 and 1949 Copa Américas. He also played at the 1950 FIFA World Cup, and managed them on home soil to a third place in the 1962 World Cup. In 1962–63, Riera led Portuguese side Benfica to the Primeira Liga title.champions title. In the 1963 England v Rest of the World football match, Riera coached the World XI, FIFA World XI team; it was the first FIFA XI team in the history of the game. Carlos Javier Mascaró Vildósola (24 July 1934 – unknown), known as Javier Mascaró, was a Chilean football manager and a goalkeeper. Playing career A goalkeeper, Mascaró is one of the few players who have played for the three greatest clubs in Chilean football: Universidad Católica (1942–46), Colo-Colo (1950) and Universidad de Chile (1951), becoming the first goalkeeper to do it before Adolfo Nef, Oscar Wirth and Paulo Garcés.
