José Gil (footballer)
José Gil Gordillo (born 9 October 1960), sometimes known as Flaco Gil, is a retired Spanish football player who played as a winger. He made 137 appearances in La Liga for Celta Vigo in the 1990s, scoring five goals. Career Gil was born in Sanlúcar de Barrameda in Cádiz province, part of the autonomous community of Andalusia, and began his career with local side Cádiz CF. He left to join Barcelona in 1980, playing exclusively for their B team, Barcelona Atlètic, over the next five seasons. He signed for Atlètic's Segunda División rivals Deportivo La Coruña in 1985, and was a key part of the team for six years, during which time he amassed 235 appearances and 33 goals. During a home match against Recreativo de Huelva at Estadio Riazor on 11 December 1988, he was forced to play in goal for the last few minutes after goalkeeper Jorge García was sent off. Sanlúcar De Barrameda
Sanlúcar de Barrameda (), or simply Sanlúcar, is a city in the northwest of Cádiz province, part of the autonomous community of Andalucía in southern Spain. The Vicente Calderón Stadium ( es, Estadio Vicente Calderón ) was the home stadium of Atlético Madrid from its completion in 1966 to 2017, with a seating capacity of 54,907 and located on the banks of the Manzanares, in the Arganzuela district of Madrid, Spain. The stadium was originally called the ''Estadio Manzanares'', but this was later changed to the Vicente Calderón Stadium, in honour of their long-term President Vicente Calderón. Vladimir Gudelj (born 27 December 1966) is a Bosnian former professional association football, footballer who played as a striker (association football), striker. Fabiano Soares Pessoa (born 10 June 1966), known simply as Fabiano, is a Brazilian football manager and former player. An attacking midfielder, Fabiano's professional career was mostly associated with Compostela, as both a player and manager. José Francisco 'Txetxu' Rojo Arroitia (28 January 1947 – 23 December 2022), also known as Rojo I, was a Spanish football player and coach. During his career the forward played solely for Athletic Bilbao, in a professional spell which spanned nearly 20 years.
