Josué Mitchell
Josué Mitchell (born November 11, 1989) is a Costa Rican professional football forward. Career Mitchell played in Guatemala with Coban Imperial and moved back to the country to Sololá in 2022. Between those spells he had returned to Costa Rica to play again for Pérez Zeledón. International career Mitchell was called up by coach Oscar Ramirez for friendly matches in March 2018 against Scotland and Tunisia in preparation for the 2018 FIFA World Cup. He made his debut for the Costa Rica national football team on March 27, 2018 in the friendly match against Tunisia at the Allianz Riviera Stadium in Nice, France. He entered as a substitute in the final quarter of the game. Limón
Limón (), commonly known as Puerto Limón, is a district, the capital city and main hub of Limón province, as well as of the Limón canton in Costa Rica. It is the seventh largest city in Costa Rica, with a population of over 55,000, and is home of the Afro-Costa Rican community. Part of the community traces its roots to Italian, Jamaican and Chinese laborers who worked on a late nineteenth-century railroad project that connected San José to Puerto Limón. Until 1948, the Costa Rican government did not recognize Afro-Caribbean people as citizens and restricted their movement outside Limón province. As a result of this "travel ban", this Afro-Caribbean population became firmly established in the region, which influenced decisions not to move even after it was legally permitted. Nowadays, there is a significant outflow of Limón natives who move to the country's Central Valley in search for better employment and education. Jeyland Mitchell
Jeyland Yahir Mitchell Baltodano (born 29 September 2004) is a Costa Rican professional footballer who plays as a defender for Eredivisie club Feyenoord and the Costa Rica national team. Early and personal life Mitchell was born in Limón. His grandfather Harold was a footballer for both Limonense and Cartaginés, and he is the cousin of fellow footballer Josué Mitchell. Whilst his mother is a Deportivo Saprissa supporter, Mitchell is a Alajuelense fan. Club career Limón Having started training as a footballer at age 3, he joined Limón's academy aged 8. He joined the academy of Deportivo Saprissa in 2020 but left and returned to Limón after the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. Allianz Riviera
Allianz Riviera (also known as the Stade de Nice due to UEFA and FIFA sponsorship regulations) is a multi-use stadium in Nice, France, used mostly for football matches of host OGC Nice and also for occasional home matches of rugby union club Toulon. The stadium has a capacity of 36,178 people and replaces the city's former stadium Stade Municipal du Ray. Construction started in 2011 and was completed two years later. The stadium's opening was on 22 September 2013, for a match between OGC Nice and Valenciennes. The stadium was originally planned to be completed by 2007.
