Josiel (footballer, Born 1980)
Josiel da Rocha (born August 7, 1980, in Rodeio Bonito, RS), or simply Josiel, is a Brazilian striker. Career He was the top scorer in the 2007 Brazilian Série A, with 20 goals, when played for the Paraná Clube. He possesses good dribbling and finishing ability. On August 19, 2008, he joined Brazilian Série A club Flamengo. On March 25, 2009, Josiel scored his first hat trick playing for Flamengo in a 4–2 win against Madureira in the 2009 Rio de Janeiro State League. Three days later he scored another two goals, this time against Resende in a 4–0 win, for the same competition. He has played for Flamengo on loan from Al-Wahda and signed on 17 July 2009 a loan contract with Chiapas. He made his first appearance with Jaguares on August 1, 2009, in their 2–0 loss against Club Toluca. He was released from his contract after serial indiscipline reports. Josiel Alberto Núñez Rivera (born 29 January 1993) is a Panamanian Association football, footballer who plays for CF Intercity in the Tercera División. Club career In December 2018, Núñez was loaned out to USL League One side Forward Madison FC ahead of their inaugural season. He made his league debut for the club on April 6, 2019, in a 1–0 away defeat to Chattanooga Red Wolves SC. He scored his first league goal for the club on April 19, 2019, scoring in the 58th minute of Madison's first league win in club history, a 2–1 victory over Orlando City B. His goal, assisted by Paulo Jr. (footballer), Paulo Junior, made the score 1-1. For the season 22-23 he signs for Recreativo de Huelva, which is competing on Spanish 2nd RFEF. Josiel Ortega Arruda (born 13 March 1999), simply known as Josiel, is a Brazilian professional footballer who plays for Santo André. Mainly a forward, he can also play as a right back. Club career Josiel joined Nacional-SP's youth setup in 2018, after starting out at Mixto, but was subsequently loaned to Grêmio. He returned to ''NAC'' in January 2019, but joined Cuiabá in February. Josiel made his first team debut for Cuiabá on 7 August 2019, coming on as a second-half substitute in a 2–1 away win against Iporá, for the year's Copa Verde. He then featured rarely for the main squad before moving on loan to Azuriz in September 2020. Josiel returned to the ''Dourado'' in December 2020, and started to feature more regularly with the club in the 2021 Campeonato Mato-Grossense.
