Josh Williams Motorsports (also sometimes known as Josh Williams Racing and formerly known as Williams-Gosselin Racing) is a team owned by driver Josh Williams that competes part-time in the ARCA Menards Series, fielding the No. 60 Chevrolet of Brad Perez. The team also competed in one NASCAR Truck Series race in 2014 at the spring Martinsville race with Williams driving the No. 66 Ford. History The team, under the name Josh Williams Racing, debuted in 2010 in the ARCA Racing Series in the series' first and only race to date at Palm Beach International Raceway. Josh Williams piloted the No. 02 Ford, starting 11th and finishing 20th in what was also his debut in the series. Joshua L. Williams (born August 3, 1993) is an American professional stock car racing driver and team owner. As a driver, he competes full-time in the NASCAR Xfinity Series driving the No. 92 Chevrolet Camaro for DGM Racing. He has also previously competed in the NASCAR Truck Series and the ARCA Menards Series. As a team owner, he owns Josh Williams Motorsports, which fields cars for development drivers in ARCA, late model racing, legends car racing and bandolero racing. Josh White (racing Driver)
Joshua White (born May 7, 1991) is an American professional stock car racing driver who competes part-time in the ARCA Menards Series and ARCA Menards Series East, driving the No. 03 Ford for Clubb Racing Inc. He has also competed in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series in the past. White is a former lance corporal in the United States Marine Corps Reserve and is believed to be the second U.S. Marine to compete in a NASCAR national series event. Racing career At eight years old, White's grandfather allowed him to drive his truck around the family's farm, while his grandmother rode with him during drives in the truck, which White stated was what began his interest in racing. Salem Speedway
Salem Speedway is a long paved oval racetrack in Washington Township, Washington County, near Salem, Indiana, United States, approximately south of Indianapolis. The track has 33° degrees of banking in the corners. Major auto racing series that run at Salem are ARCA and USAC. History It opened in 1947; two drivers were killed on the first lap of the first race. The track received major storm damage in 1981 and it was not used until 1987. A thunderstorm had ripped the roof off the grandstands and fences were damaged. Don Gettelfinger Sr. bought the track in 1987 and he replaced the fence with concrete. The track closed in May 1995 when he declared bankruptcy. Owen and Beverly Thompson bought the track and reopened it in 1996 after adding a new building, redoing the grandstand seating to a new capacity of 6000 people, and renovating the pits. Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway is a motorsport racetrack located at the Nashville Fairgrounds near downtown Nashville, Tennessee. The track is the second-oldest continually operating track in the United States. The track held NASCAR Grand National/Winston Cup (now NASCAR Cup Series) races from 1958 to 1984. Track configuration The speedway is currently an 18 degree banked paved oval. The track is long. Inside the larger oval is a paved oval. DuQuoin State Fairgrounds Racetrack is a one-mile (1.6-km) clay oval motor racetrack in Du Quoin, Illinois, about southeast of St Louis, Missouri. It is a stop on the ARCA Menards Series, USAC Silver Crown Series and American Flat Track. History The DuQuoin State Fair was founded in 1923 by local businessman William R. "W.R." Hayes, who owned the fair and ran it. (It did not become run by the state of Illinois as a true "state fair" until the 1980s; it is now officially called the Illinois State Fair in DuQuoin, as opposed to the longtime one at state capital Springfield.) At the start Hayes had a half-mile harness-racing track on his 30-acre site, with wooden grandstands that seated 3000.
