Josh Wagenaar
Joshua Frederick Wagenaar (born February 26, 1985 in Grimsby, Ontario) is a Canadian retired soccer player, who is currently an assistant coach at Louisiana Tech. Club career Wagenaar attended Hartwick College in Oneonta, New York state. He only played 12 games for them in his final season because of a foot injury. In 2002, he played with London City in the Canadian Professional Soccer League. Netherlands and Denmark Wagenaar began his career in the Netherlands as #2 behind the infamous Stefan Postma. He played his first professional game against PSV when he came in after Postma broke his leg in a collision. Wagenaar started the next game against AZ Alkmaar in which ADO Den Haag drew 2-2 earning Den Haags first point of the season. During the game Wagenaar suffered a torn muscle in his rib cage and was unable to start the next game. Grimsby, Ontario
Grimsby is a town on Lake Ontario in the Niagara Region, Ontario, Canada. Grimsby is at the eastern end of the Hamilton Census Metropolitan Area. It is named after the English fishing town of Grimsby in north-east Lincolnshire. The majority of residents reside in the area bounded by Lake Ontario and the Niagara Escarpment, home to a section of the Bruce Trail. Grimsby has experienced significant growth over the past two decades due to its position between Hamilton and St. Catharines. Growth is limited by the natural boundaries of Lake Ontario and the Niagara Escarpment. Some residents feel development is detrimental to the town as orchards close to the town centre are used for residential development; however, most of the orchards in Grimsby were replaced by houses between the 1950s and 1980s and very few orchards remain. Stefan Postma (born 6 October 1976) is a Dutch former footballer who played as a goalkeeper. He is currently a goalkeeping coach at his last club, AGOVV Apeldoorn. Club career Early career Postma started his professional career at FC Utrecht before moving to De Graafschap. Aston Villa Postma was signed by Aston Villa on 14 May 2002 for 1.5 million pounds, upon Peter Schmeichel's transfer to Manchester City. The 2009 CONCACAF Gold Cup was the tenth edition of the CONCACAF Gold Cup competition, and the twentieth soccer championship of North America, Central America and the Caribbean (CONCACAF). It was played from July 3 to 26, 2009 in the United States. This competition was the fourth tournament without guests from other confederations. Mexico won their fifth Gold Cup, and eighth CONCACAF Championship overall, after beating the United States 5–0 in the final.
