Joshua Cole Rogers (born July 10, 1994) is an American professional baseball pitcher in the Colorado Rockies organization. He has previously played in MLB for the Baltimore Orioles and Washington Nationals. Career Amateur Rogers attended New Albany High School in New Albany, Indiana and played college baseball at the University of Louisville. In 2014 and 2015, he played collegiate summer baseball with the Bourne Braves of the Cape Cod Baseball League. Norfolk Tides
The Norfolk Tides are a Minor League Baseball team of the International League and the Triple-A affiliate of the Baltimore Orioles. They are located in Norfolk, Virginia, and are named in nautical reference to the city's location on the Chesapeake Bay. The team plays their home games at Harbor Park, which opened in 1993. The International League (IL) is a Minor League Baseball league that operates in the United States. Along with the Pacific Coast League, it is one of two leagues playing at the Triple-A level, which is one grade below Major League Baseball (MLB). The league traces its roots to 1884, while the modern IL began in 1912. Triple-A (officially Class AAA) has been the highest level of play in Minor League Baseball in the United States since 1946. Currently, two leagues operate at the Triple-A level, the International League (IL) and the Pacific Coast League (PCL). There are 30 teams, one per each Major League Baseball (MLB) franchise, with 20 in the IL and 10 in the PCL.
