Joshua Douglas Morgan is a Canadian politician who has been serving as the 65th mayor of London since 2022. Early life Joshua Douglas Morgan was born on March 23, 1978, in rural Ontario near a small town named Camlachie. Blackburn Radio, Inc. is a Canadian radio broadcasting group, which owns several radio stations in Southwestern Ontario. Headquartered in London, Ontario, the company is owned by 2061302 Ontario Limited, which is majority owned by Cogent Investments. The three Chatham stations were previously owned by Webster and Bea-Ver Communications, which was acquired by Blackburn Radio in April 2005. In 2006, during CRTC hearings reviewing commercial radio policy in Canada, Blackburn requested that all of its radio stations on or near the U.S. border be permitted to reduce their Canadian content requirement to 20 per cent. Jane Bigelow
Jane Elizabeth Bigelow (née Dillon; June 9, 1928 – June 1, 2021) was a politician in Ontario, Canada. She was the first female mayor of London, Ontario, serving from 1972 to 1978. Born Jane Elizabeth Dillon, the daughter of Edward and Margaret Dillon, she grew up in Toronto and was educated at St. Clement's School and at the University of Toronto, where she completed a degree in physical education. In 1954, she married Charlie Bigelow. The couple lived in Hamilton, Edmonton, Ottawa, New York and Copenhagen before settling in London in 1965. She served on the London Board of Control in the 1960s. Peter Fragiskatos (born April 30, 1981) is a Canadian academic and Liberal Party of Canada politician, who was first elected to represent the riding of London North Centre in the House of Commons of Canada in the 2015 federal election. Fragiskatos' family is of Greek descent. His grandmother Panagiota emigrated from Greece following World War II, and later became an organizer for the New Democratic Party's leaders Tommy Douglas and Stephen Lewis. CFPL is a radio station owned by Corus Entertainment and based in London, Ontario, Canada. Transmitter power is 10,000 watts daytime, 5,000 watts nighttime. Broadcast frequency is 980 AM.
