Josh McNally
Joshua James McNally (born 21 August 1990) is an English rugby union lock (rugby union), lock for Bath Rugby in the Premiership Rugby, England's top division of rugby union. He is also a Royal Air Force weapons technician and has been in the RAF since 2009. Rugby career McNally initially played rugby solely for the Royal Air Force, but in 2012 he was posted to RAF Brize Norton allowed to join Henley Hawks as part of the Royal Air Force Rugby Union Centre of Excellence Scheme. After impressing in a pre-season match McNally earned a move to Premiership Rugby side London Welsh RFC, London Welsh in June 2014. In January 2017, after relegation to the RFU Championship in the summer of 2017, McNally was released by London Welsh to allow him to join London Irish with immediate effect. In January 2019 Bath Rugby, Bath announced that McNally would join them in the summer of 2019. Ely, Cambridgeshire
Ely ( ) is a cathedral city in the East Cambridgeshire district of Cambridgeshire, England, about north-northeast of Cambridge and from London. Ely is built on a Kimmeridge Clay island which, at , is the highest land in the Fens. It was due to this topography that Ely was not waterlogged like the surrounding Fenland, and was an island separated from the mainland. Major rivers including the River Witham, Witham, River Welland, Welland, River Nene, Nene and River Great Ouse, Great Ouse feed into the Fens and, until draining commenced in the eighteenth century, formed freshwater marshes and Mere (lake), meres within which peat was laid down. Once the Fens were drained, this peat created a rich and fertile soil ideal for farming. The River Great Ouse was a significant means of transport until the Fens were drained and Ely ceased to be an island in the seventeenth century. Patent Foramen Ovale
Atrial septal defect (ASD) is a congenital heart defect in which blood flows between the atria (upper chambers) of the heart. Some flow is a normal condition both pre-birth and immediately post-birth via the foramen ovale; however, when this does not naturally close after birth it is referred to as a patent (open) foramen ovale (PFO). It is common in patients with a congenital atrial septal aneurysm (ASA). After PFO closure the atria normally are separated by a dividing wall, the interatrial septum. If this septum is defective or absent, then oxygen-rich blood can flow directly from the left side of the heart to mix with the oxygen-poor blood in the right side of the heart; or the opposite, depending on whether the left or right atrium has the higher blood pressure.
