Josh Crutchley
Josh Crutchley (born 4 June 1987) is a British Basketball coach for the Shrewsbury School and a former professional Basketball player, currently plays for the Shropshire Warriors, an amateur club competing in the National Basketball League (NBL). Growing up in Telford, Crutchley Attended Telford College of Arts and Technology (TCAT) where he made his debut in 2007 into the BBL. The 5-foot-8-inch (1.73) guard played in the BBL for the Birmingham Panthers during the 2007/08 season. Biography Josh Crutchley started the game of basketball at the age of 11 whilst at Charlton School. Once scouted by Shropshire Warriors' franchise owner, he was then appointed to play for the Shropshire Warriors basketball club under 14's and earned himself a place on the senior men's squad at the age of 14. Shrewsbury

Charlton School
Charlton School is a coeducational secondary school located in Telford, Shropshire, England. In May 2015 the school was placed in special measures after being graded "Inadequate" by Ofsted. Charlton School works in partnership with Dothill Primary School, forming the 'Dothill and Charlton Sports and Learning Community'. The National Basketball League, or NBL for short, is a league competition representing semi-professional and amateur basketball clubs from England and Wales. It forms levels 2 to 4 on the British basketball pyramid, in line with the Scottish Basketball Championship, sitting directly below the top tier British Basketball League. British Basketball League
The British Basketball League (BBL) is a men's professional basketball league in Great Britain and represents the highest level of play in the countries. The league is contested by 10 teams from England and Scotland. There are no clubs however from Wales or Northern Ireland. The BBL runs three additional knockout competitions alongside the BBL Championship which are the BBL Cup, the BBL Trophy and the end-of-season BBL Play-offs. The BBL sits above the National Basketball League and the Scottish Basketball Championship which effectively form the second tier of British basketball. There is currently no automatic promotion or relegation between the English and Scottish leagues and the BBL because of the franchise system in use in the BBL although several clubs have been successful in making the step up from the EBL in recent years.
