Joseph Kyeong Kap-ryong
Joseph Kyeong Kap-ryong ( ko, 경갑룡 요셉; 11 March 1930 – 16 December 2020) was a South Korean Roman Catholic bishop. Kyeong Kap-ryong was born in South Korea and was ordained to the priesthood in 1962. A titular bishop in various churches is a bishop who is not in charge of a diocese. Lazarus You Heung-sik (or Lazzaro; ; born 17 November 1951) is a South Korean prelate of the Catholic Church who has served as Prefect of the Dicastery for the Clergy since 2021. He is the first Korean to head a department of the Roman Curia.
