Jorge Baldemar Utrilla Robles (born 21 April 1961) is a Mexican politician affiliated with the Institutional Revolutionary Party. He served as Deputy of the LIX Legislature of the Mexican Congress representing Chiapas. Yajalón is a city and one of the 119 Municipalities of Chiapas, in southern Mexico. As of 2010, the municipality had a total population of 34,028, up from 26,044 as of 2005. It covers an area of 162.3 km². As of 2010, the city of Yajalón had a population of 16,622. The Institutional Revolutionary Party ( es, Partido Revolucionario Institucional, ; abbr.
