Jorge Patricio Arancibia Reyes (born 17 September 1939) is a Chilean politician and lawyer, militant from Unión Demócrata Independiente The Independent Democratic Union (''Unión Demócrata Independiente'', UDI) is a conservative and right-wing political party in Chile, founded in 1983. Its founder was the lawyer, politician and law professor Jaime Guzmán, a civilian allied with A ... (UDI). He was aide-de-camp of the General Augusto Pinochet. Chileans ( es, Chilenos) are people identified with the country of Chile, whose connection may be residential, legal, historical, ethnic, or cultural.
