Jordan Mein
Jordan Taylor Mein (born October 10, 1989) is a Canadian professional mixed martial artist who currently competes in the Welterweight division of Bellator MMA. A professional competitor since 2006, Mein has also formerly competed for Ultimate Fighting Championship, Strikeforce and King of the Cage. Background Mein's father, Lee Mein, began operating a local promotion called Rumble in the Cage. It gave Mein, who had been training since the age of four, his first fighting opportunity and when he was just 11 years old he fought another local boy in a kickboxing match. Thiago Alves d'Araujo (; born 3 October 1983) is a Brazilian bare-knuckle fighter and former mixed martial artist. A 27-fight veteran of the Ultimate Fighting Championship, he competed in the promotion from 2005 until 2019. Santiago Ponzinibbio (born September 26, 1986) is an Argentine mixed martial artist competing as a Welterweight in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). Background He was born in Argentina to parents of Italian heritage, with paternal grandparents from Sicily. Ponzinibbio began training kickboxing when he was 13 years old growing up in Argentina. Ponzinibbio became interested in MMA, but there were too few local gyms in which he could pursue it.
