Jordan Henriquez
Jordan Henriquez-Roberts (born August 29, 1989) is an American professional basketball player. He played college basketball for Kansas State University. Professional career After going undrafted in the 2013 NBA draft, Henriquez joined the Houston Rockets for the 2013 NBA Summer League. On August 5, 2013, he signed with the Rockets. However, he was later waived by the Rockets on October 4, 2013. In November 2013, he was acquired by the Rio Grande Valley Vipers as an affiliate player. In July 2014, Henriquez joined the New York Knicks for the 2014 NBA Summer League. On August 22, 2014, he signed with Kataja Basket Club of the Korisliiga. Afterwards, he signed with Science City Jena, where he averaged 11.3 points and 7.7 rebounds in seven games. The next season, Henriquez signed with the Yokohama B-Corsairs of the Japanese Bj league, where he played 52 games and averaged 14.6 points, 11.7 rebounds, 1.7 assists and 2.1 blocks. The center (C), or the centre, also known as the five or the pivot, is one of the five Basketball position, positions in a regulation basketball game. The center is normally the tallest player on the team, and often has a great deal of strength and body mass as well. In the NBA, the center is typically close to tall. The was a professional basketball league in Japan that began in November 2005 as a six-team league. The league was operated as a competitor to the established Japan Super League which was run by the Japan Basketball Association, the official governing body of basketball in Japan. Over the next ten years the league saw continual expansion, with at least one new team joining every season, reaching 24 teams divided into two conferences in its final season in 2015–16. The Korisliiga is the top-tier professional basketball league in Finland, comprising the top 12 teams of the country. In its current format, each team plays all other teams two times in the regular season, once at home and once away, for a total of 22 regular season games. The top six teams advances continues to upper stage and the bottom six teams plays lower stage after 22 games, 5 games at home and 5 games at away versus all other teams in stage. 2014 NBA Summer League
The 2014 NBA Summer League consists of two pro basketball leagues organized by the NBA and the Orlando Magic just after the 2014 NBA Draft. Ten teams took part in the week-long summer league at the Amway Center in Orlando, Florida, from July 5 to 11, 2014. The other summer league was the Las Vegas NBA Summer League, having taken place at the Thomas & Mack Center and Cox Pavilion in Paradise, Nevada ( near Las Vegas) from July 11 to 21, 2014, with 23 NBA teams and the NBA D-League Select team participating. 2013 NBA Summer League
The 2013 NBA Summer League is a pro basketball league run by the NBA just after the 2013 NBA draft. It gives newly drafted players a chance to test their skills against each other, and to give them a feel for professional basketball. All 30 NBA teams participated, along with the D-League Select. The Miami Heat were the only team to participate in both Summer Leagues. It ran from July 7–12 in Orlando and July 12–22 in Las Vegas.
