Jordan Haynes
Jordan Markus Haynes (born January 17, 1996) is a Canadian professional association football, soccer player who currently plays for Valour FC in the Canadian Premier League. Early life Haynes began playing youth soccer at age five with Maple Leaf Cavan FC. At age nine, he joined Peterborough City SA, later joining Whitby SC in 2007 and Ajax SC in 2009. With Ajax, he won the U14 Ontario Cup and won a silver medal at the national championships at both the U14 and U15 levels. He also played with the Ontario provincial team at the U14, U15, and U16 levels. In 2011, he joined the Toronto FC Academy which competed in the second division of the Canadian Soccer League. He then went on trial with English club Queens Park Rangers F.C Reserves and Academy, Queens Park Rangers's Academy, but was not able to join due to visa issues, as he was not eligible for an ancestral visa until he turned 17. Pacific Football Club is a Canadian professional soccer club based in Greater Victoria, British Columbia. The club competes in the Canadian Premier League, playing home matches at Starlight Stadium located in Langford. History On May 5, 2018, "Port City FC" was one of four groups accepted by the Canadian Soccer Association for professional club membership, along with groups that would become Cavalry FC, HFX Wanderers, and York9. Port City was the only one of the four that was not identified with a specific city, and represented an as-of-yet undetermined location in British Columbia. The USL Championship (USLC) is a professional men's soccer league in the United States that began its inaugural season in 2011. The USL is sanctioned by the United States Soccer Federation (U.S. Soccer) as a Division II league since 2017, placing it under Major League Soccer (Division I) in the hierarchy. 2014 Canadian Championship
The 2014 Canadian Championship (officially the Amway Canadian Championship for sponsorship reasons) was a soccer tournament hosted and organized by the Canadian Soccer Association that took place in the cities of Edmonton, Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto and Vancouver in 2014. For the first time in the history of the tournament, the Ottawa Fury FC participated in addition to FC Edmonton, Montreal Impact, Toronto FC and Vancouver Whitecaps FC.
