Jonathan Grey (runner)
Jonathan Grey (born January 13, 1992) is a Filipino professional basketball player for the NorthPort Batang Pier of the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA). He played for the Benilde Blazers of the NCAA when he was in college. College career Grey played for the Benilde Blazers as early as Season 87. In Season 90, he was one of the notable snubs from the NCAA All-Star Game, despite averaging 11.8 points, 5.5 rebounds, 3.6 assists, and 1.9 steals. Still, he was chosen to participate in the Slam Dunk Contest. He scored 19 points in a win over the Perpetual Altas to end the first round of eliminations. Unfortunately, the Blazers didn't make the Final Four due to a loss to the Letran Knights. In Season 91, Grey became the leader for the Blazers after Mark Romero and Paolo Taha turned pro. Paolo Taha
Juan Paolo S. Taha (born December 5, 1990) is a Filipino basketball player for the NorthPort Batang Pier of the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA). He was drafted 29th overall by the Kia Sorento in the 2014 PBA draft. College career Taha played for the Benilde Blazers in the Philippine NCAA. In Season 89, he scored 24 points in a win against the Mapua Cardinals. He had 13 rebounds in another win against the Arellano Chiefs. In their rematch against Mapua, he had 25 points, 10 rebounds and another win against them. Against the EAC Generals, he injured his right shoulder. The Blazers finished with only five wins. In Season 90, the Blazers got their first victory of the season after four games. Taha had 24 points and eight rebounds in that win. Terrence Bill Vitanzos Romeo (born March 16, 1992) is a Filipino professional basketball player for the San Miguel Beermen of the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA). He plays both the point guard and shooting guard positions. He played as a point guard for the Far Eastern University before being selected fifth overall in the 2013 PBA draft by Barako Bull. The NorthPort Batang Pier is a Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) team that first played in the 2012–13 PBA season. The team took over the franchise of the Powerade Tigers in 2012 after it was sold to Sultan 900 Capital, Inc. Besides NorthPort, team owner Mikee Romero also co-owned the AirAsia Philippine Patriots of the ASEAN Basketball League. The TNT (cellular service), TNT Tropang Giga is a professional basketball team currently owned by Smart Communications, a subsidiary of the PLDT, Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company (PLDT), playing in the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) since 1990.
