Jonas Gray
Jonas Gray (born June 27, 1990) is a former American football running back. He played college football at Notre Dame Fighting Irish football, Notre Dame. He was signed by the Miami Dolphins as an undrafted free agent in 2012 and also played for the Baltimore Ravens and New England Patriots. Gray is best known for his performance with the Patriots in a 2014 game against the Indianapolis Colts. Early years From Pontiac, Michigan, Gray went to high school at Detroit Country Day. He helped lead Detroit Country Day to an 11–3 record as a senior and an appearance in the state championship. He rushed for 305 yards on 29 carries and scored four touchdowns in the state semifinal to lead the Yellow Jackets to a 37–30 victory. He gained 2,614 yards on 341 rushes (7.7 avg.) and scored 32 TDs during his senior season, rushing for over 200 yards in five games. Anterior Cruciate Ligament
The anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) is one of a pair of cruciate ligaments (the other being the posterior cruciate ligament) in the human knee. The two ligaments are also called "cruciform" ligaments, as they are arranged in a crossed formation. In the quadruped stifle joint (analogous to the knee), based on its anatomical position, it is also referred to as the cranial cruciate ligament. The term cruciate translates to cross. Cierre Marcelle Wood (born February 21, 1991) is a former American football running back. He played college football at Notre Dame. He was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Houston Texans in 2013. High school career Wood attended Santa Clara High School (Oxnard, California), Santa Clara High School in Oxnard, California. He rushed for 1,632 yards and 20 touchdowns and caught eight passes for 182 yards and four touchdowns as a senior. During his junior year, he had 2,612 yards rushing with 34 touchdowns. Robert Hughes (born June 21, 1989) is a former American football fullback (gridiron football), fullback. He played college football for University of Notre Dame, where he ran for 1,392 yards on 321 attempts, as well as catching 43 passes for 370 yards. He was signed by the Chicago Bears as undrafted free agent in 2011. He was also a member of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Washington Redskins, Indianapolis Colts, and Arizona Cardinals. Armando Allen, Jr. (born April 30, 1989) is a former American football running back. He played professionally for two seasons in the National Football League (NFL) with the Chicago Bears. He was signed by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as an undrafted free agent in 2011. Allen played college football at the University of Notre Dame. He was the Running Backs Coach and Recruiting Coordinator for Charleston Southern University from 2019-2021. Allen previously held the position of assistant coach at Texas Southern University. The 100 metres, or 100-meter dash, is a sprint race in track and field competitions. 200-meter Dash
The 200 metres, or 200-meter dash, is a sprint running event. On an outdoor 400 metre racetrack, the race begins on the curve and ends on the home straight, so a combination of techniques is needed to successfully run the race. A slightly shorter race, called the '' stadion'' and run on a straight track, was the first recorded event at the ancient Olympic Games. The 200 m places more emphasis on speed endurance than shorter sprint distances as athletes predominantly rely on anaerobic energy system during the 200 m sprint.
