Jonah Williams (offensive Lineman)
Jonah Williams (born November 17, 1997) is an American football offensive tackle for the Cincinnati Bengals of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Alabama. High School career Williams moved to California in ninth grade, after growing up in Atlanta. In Folsom, Williams was a four-star offensive tackle who committed to Alabama. He also received offers from Auburn, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Michigan and USC. College career During his first season, Williams received the reputation as a "film junkie". Following the 2017 season, Williams was named to the Third-team All-American. On January 11, 2019, Williams announced that he would declare for the 2019 NFL Draft. Physically Unable To Perform List
Physically unable to perform (PUP) is a roster designation used in the National Football League (NFL) for players who suffered injuries during football-related activities prior to the start of training camp. Players on the PUP list may participate in team meetings, and use team training and medical facilities, but cannot practice with their team. There are two separate PUP lists: an active PUP list used prior to the start of the regular season, and a reserve PUP list used during the regular season. Active/PUP A player who, as a result of football-related injuries, is unable to take part in training camp practices may be assigned to the active/PUP list at the start of camp. Players can be moved off the PUP list to the active roster at any time prior to the start of the regular season, even after one practice. The 2019 NFL Draft was the 84th annual meeting of National Football League (NFL) franchises to select newly eligible players for the 2019 NFL season. The draft was held on April 25–27 in Nashville, Tennessee. The first round was held on April 25, followed by the second and third rounds on April 26, and concluded with rounds 4–7 on April 27. The draft featured a record-high 40 trades, surpassing the 37 that were made in 2017 NFL Draft, 2017. The Florida Gators football program represents the University of Florida (UF) in American college football.
