Jon Weisman
Jon Weisman (born November 26, 1967) is the proprietor of Dodger Thoughts, a weblog devoted to "dealing psychologically with the Los Angeles Dodgers and baseball." He is also a writer and editor for ''Variety'' and has contributed to ''Sports Illustrated's'' SI.com. Weisman is the brother of writer and producer Greg Weisman, with whom he has worked as a writer on TV series, such as ''W.I.T.C.H.'' and '' Roughnecks: The Starship Troopers Chronicles''. The two brothers co-wrote "The Blackguard Syndrome", an episode of '' Men in Black: The Series''. Weisman has published two books. Greg Weisman
Greg Weisman (born September 28, 1963) is an American novelist, writer, producer and voice actor. He is best known as the creator of the animated series '' Gargoyles'', ''The Spectacular Spider-Man'' and ''Young Justice''. Early life and career Weisman is a former English composition and writing teacher. He received a bachelor's degree from Stanford University and a master's from USC. Between college and graduate school, he worked on staff in the editorial department of DC Comics, while also co-writing ''Captain Atom'' with Cary Bates. Ross Porter (American Broadcaster)
Ross U. Porter Jr. (born November 29, 1938) is an American sportscaster, known for his 28-year tenure (1977–2004) as a play-by-play announcer for Los Angeles Dodgers baseball. Early life Porter was born in Shawnee, Oklahoma, and graduated from Shawnee High School in 1955, then went on to earn a radio journalism degree at the University of Oklahoma. His broadcasting career began in 1953 at age 14, when he broadcast a few innings of several baseball games involving the Class D Shawnee Hawks, a Brooklyn Dodgers farm club, over KGFF. At age 15, Porter was elevated to play-by-play man of the Shawnee Wolves' football and basketball broadcasts and the Hawks when their regular announcer resigned. Peter O'Malley (born December 12, 1937) is an American former owner (1979–98) and president (1970–98) of the Los Angeles Dodgers of Major League Baseball (MLB).
