Jon Rish
Jon Rish (born 1973) is an American former radio personality, best known for his work in the Boston area. Career Rish was a radio host for WEEI-FM in Boston. Rish attended Boston College and began his sportscasting experience on WZBC, the school's 1000-watt FM radio station broadcasting to the Greater Boston area. Rish's broadcasting career began in 1993, when he was an intern on Boston sports radio host Dale Arnold's WEEI program. He subsequently broadcast college sports on several Boston-area stations. From 2006 to 2012, Rish hosted the Boston Red Sox pre and post game show on the Boston Red Sox Radio Network. Rish served in the Red Sox broadcast booth alongside Joe Castiglione since 2008, sharing time with Dale Arnold and Dave O'Brien. Founded in 1968 as Entercom Communications Corporation, it is the second largest radio company in the United States, owning 235 radio stations across 48 media markets. Jared W. Remy (born September 7, 1978) is an American career criminal who pleaded guilty to the murder of his girlfriend, Jennifer Martel. He is the son of the late Boston Red Sox player and broadcaster Jerry Remy. Jared previously worked for the Red Sox's security staff, but was fired after a Major League Baseball investigation implicated him in steroid distribution. Jerry Remy
Gerald Peter Remy (November 8, 1952 – October 30, 2021) was an American professional baseball player and sports broadcaster. Remy played in Major League Baseball (MLB) as a second baseman for ten seasons—three with the California Angels (1975–1977) and seven with the Boston Red Sox (1978–1984). After retiring from professional play, he served for 33 years as a color commentator for televised Red Sox games until his death. Remy began commentating with the cable channel New England Sports Network (NESN) in 1988, and later expanded to over-the-air television in 1995. A native of Somerset, Massachusetts, Remy was a popular local figure, known for his exuberance, humorous non-sequitur game commentary, and thick New England accent that endeared him with Red Sox fans. Don Orsillo
Don Orsillo (born December 16, 1968) is the play-by-play announcer for the San Diego Padres on Bally Sports San Diego and for the MLB on TBS. Orsillo was the television voice of the Boston Red Sox on NESN from 2001 to 2015. He was then hired by the Padres to replace broadcaster Dick Enberg upon his retirement at the end of the 2016 season.
