Jon Ratliff
Jon Charles Ratliff (born December 22, 1971) is an American former professional baseball player. Ratliff played one game in his career, for the Oakland Athletics of Major League Baseball (MLB) in the 2000 season. He pitched one inning in relief not allowing a hit or a walk, and not striking out a batter. Career Ratliff attended LeMoyne College. In baseball, the pitcher is the player who throws ("pitches") the baseball from the pitcher's mound toward the catcher to begin each play, with the goal of retiring a batter, who attempts to either make contact with the pitched ball or draw a walk.
