Jomhod Kiatadisak
Jomhod "King of the Ring" Kiatadisak (born 5 July 1970) is a professional Muay Thai fighter from Phang Nga province in the South of Thailand. He started learning muay Thai at the age of 7 and won his first fight when he was 11 years old. In 1986, Jomhod won the Southern Thailand Championship in 59.6 kg weight category and the same year, at the age of 16, he moved to Bangkok and began his proper fighting career. Jomhod fought in Lumpinee stadium for the first time in 1989. At the age of 18 he won the Lumpinee Lightweight Title, he never lost the belt but vacated it to move up in weight. In 1994 he won the Rachadamernn Championship in the same weight class, followed by the super lightweight title the next year and at one stage simultaneously held titles in both Lumpinee Stadium and Rajadamnern Stadium. Ivan "The Hydro" Hippolyte (born 7 October 1964) is a Surinamese-Dutch former kickboxer World champion. He is currently the chairman and coach at the Vos Gym in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Soren Monkongtong
Soren Monkongtong (born 31 May 1980) is an Australian middleweight kickboxer. In 2007 he took part of the reality based television series ''The Contender Asia''. Biography and career Soren Monkongtong started training in muay thai at the age of 13 and had his first fight at 15. He is now one of the most active professional Muay Thai fighters in the world. At the moment Soren is training at Eminent Air Gym in Bangkok. Some of the fighters he has fought are John Wayne Parr, Jomhod, Bruce Macfie, Naruepol Fairtex and Warren Elson. Cyrus Washington born 28 October 1983) is an American kickboxer, Taekwondo, Muay Thai and Lethwei fighter. He is former WKA, WMF, WKBF and PK-1 Muay Thai World Champion, as well as former WBC Muaythai USA Champion, WMC and Lumpinee Stadium Title contender. In 2012, he competed in the Emmy nominated Thailand VS Challenger TV Series. Washington received worldwide attention for being one of the first successful foreigners to compete in Lethwei in Myanmar. Umar Semata (born 20 May 1987) is a Ugandan middleweight and super middleweight Muay Thai fighter and the former World Boxing Council Muay Thai Interim Super Middleweight Champion, a title he has held since 14 June 2013. Somluck Kamsing (name used in the 1996 Summer Olympics) or Somrak Kamsing ( th, สมรักษ์ คำสิงห์; ; born January 16, 1973) is a Thai kickboxer and Olympic gold medal-winning amateur boxer. During the 1998 Asian Games in Bangkok, Thailand, Kamsing lit the torch during the Games' opening ceremony. Kamsing was born in Khon Kaen. His older brother Somrot Kamsing also competed at the highest level as an amateur boxer. Amateur boxing career Somrak started to compete in amateur boxing in parallel as his muay thai career, he earned a bronze medal at the 1989 King's Cup and a gold medal in the 1995 edition. Lumpinee Stadium
Lumpinee Boxing Stadium ( th, สนามเวทีมวยลุมพินี) is a sporting arena in Bangkok, Thailand. The stadium is named after Lumbini, the birthplace of the Buddha. Opened more than a decade later than Rajadamnern Stadium, Lumpinee is run by the Royal Thai Army. It has become the symbol of modern Muay Thai. Only Rajadamnern Stadium rivals the prestige of holding the title of "Muay Thai Champion of Lumpinee". The ISKA (originally International Sport Karate Association, later also called the International Sport Kickboxing Association) is one of the major international bodies regulating sport karate and kickboxing matches, and is based in the United States.
