Johnny Greaves (racer)
Johnny Greaves (born March 21, 1966) is a professional American off-road racing racetruck driver from Abrams, Wisconsin. He has competed in numerous major off-road series, including SCORE International, Short-course Off-road Drivers Association (SODA), Championship Off-Road Racing (CORR), World Series of Off-Road Racing (WSORR), and Traxxas TORC Series (TORC). Greaves began racing in buggies and won two championships before to Pro Light. He won seven Pro Light championship between SODA and its successor CORR. He raced one year in a Pro 2 Trophy Truck before moving into Pro 4, the premiere class in short-course off-road racing. Greaves won class championships in CORR in 2004 and 2006 as well as WSORR in 2007. After those sanctioning bodies dissolved, he won the 2010 Traxxas TORC Series champion in their Pro 4x4 division. Rob MacCachren (born March 24, 1965) is an American off-road racer from Las Vegas, Nevada. MacCachren won over 200 off-road races including five editions of the Baja 1000. He raced the Mickey Thompson Stadium Series early in his career and went on to win championships in Championship Off-Road Racing (CORR), SCORE International, SODA, and Best in the Desert (BITD). MacCachren won his 200th event at Crandon International Off-Road Raceway at the 2012 World Championship Pro 2 race. Richard Bernard "Ricky" Johnson Jr. (born July 6, 1964) is an American former professional motocross, off-road truck and stock car racer. He competed in AMA motocross and Supercross during the 1980s and, won seven AMA national championships. He later switched to off-road racing. He won the Pro 2WD Trophy Truck championship in the 1998 Championship Off-Road Racing and 2010 TORC Series. He also won the Pro 4WD class at the 2011 and 2012 TORC Series. Rick Huseman
Rick Huseman (July 9, 1973 – October 16, 2011) was an American race driver from Riverside, California. He raced off-road racing, off-road and his career peaked in the highest level in a four wheel drive (Pro 4) short course off-road racing, short course Trophy Truck, racing truck. He won the 2009 Traxxas TORC Series (TORC) and 2010 Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series (LOORRS) championships before dying in an airplane crash in late 2011. The Baja 1000 is an annual Mexican off-road motorsport race held on the Baja California Peninsula. It is one of the most prestigious off-road races in the world, having attracted competitors from six continents. The race was founded by Ed Pearlman in 1967 and is sanctioned by SCORE International. The race is the final round of a four-race annual series, which also includes the San Felipe 250, the Baja 400 and the Baja 500. The 2017 Baja 1000 marked the 50th anniversary of the race. The Crandon International Off-Road Raceway is a short course off-road racing racetrack, located near Crandon, Wisconsin, United States on U.S. Route 8. The course hosts the World Championship Off-Road Races, Red Bull World Cup, Forest County Potawatomi Spring Brush Run Races, and Lucas Oil Midwest Short Course League points races.
