Johnny Ekström
Johnny Douglas Ekström (born 5 March 1965) is a Swedish former professional footballer who played as a forward and a winger. He played professionally in Italy, Germany, France, and Spain but is best remembered for his time in Sweden with IFK Göteborg with which he was the 1986 Allsvenskan top scorer and won three Swedish football champions, Swedish Championships. A full international between 1986 and 1995, he won 47 Cap (sport), caps for the Sweden national football team, Sweden national team and represented his country at the 1990 FIFA World Cup and UEFA Euro 1992. Kallebäck
Kallebäck is one of 8 districts in Örgryte, Örgryte borough, Gothenburg, Sweden. The name Kallebäck means "The brook with the cauldron" and the name dates back to 1496. The buildings in Kallebäck mostly consists of apartment buildings built between 1960 and 1970. The buildings in the north part of Kallebäck are generally lower, with only 3-4 floors. The buildings nearer to the highway European route E6, E6 are higher: 12 floors. As part of Bostad2021, 1800 apartments are being built, with move in dates ranging from 2021 to 2027, along Smörgatan. The area also has a 14 stories high building, named Ostkupa("The cheese cover") with about 360 students, and its own pub in the basement. 1990 FIFA World Cup
The 1990 FIFA World Cup was the 14th FIFA World Cup, a quadrennial football tournament for men's senior national teams. It was held from 8 June to 8 July 1990 in Italy, the second country to host the event for a second time (the first being Mexico in 1986). Teams representing 116 national football associations entered and qualification began in April 1988. 22 teams qualified from this process, along with host nation Italy and defending champions Argentina. The tournament was won by West Germany, for the third time. They beat Argentina 1–0 at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome, a rematch of the previous final four years earlier. The 1988–89 Bundesliga was the 26th season of the Bundesliga, the premier football league in West Germany. It began on 22 July 1988 and ended on 17 June 1989. The 1985–86 European Cup was the 31st season of UEFA's premier club football tournament, the European Cup. The European Champion Clubs' Cup was won by Steaua București on penalties in the final against Barcelona. Steaua București became the first Eastern Bloc side to win the tournament.
