Johnathan Franklin
Johnathan A. Franklin (born October 23, 1989) is a former American football player who was a running back for one season with the Green Bay Packers in the National Football League (NFL). He was drafted by the Packers in the fourth round of the 2013 NFL Draft. He played college football for the UCLA Bruins, earning first-team All-American honors while setting a school record for career yards rushing. After suffering a serious neck injury in his rookie season with Green Bay, he announced his retirement from the NFL in 2014. Early years Franklin graduated from Susan Miller Dorsey High School of the Los Angeles Unified School District. As a high school football player, Franklin was named first-team all-city as a running back and was a third-team selection as a cornerback. He was also named Coliseum League Player of the Year. A running back (RB) is a member of the offensive backfield in gridiron football. The 2013 NFL Draft was the 78th annual meeting of National Football League (NFL) franchises to select newly eligible football players. The draft, which is officially called the "NFL Player Selection Meeting", was held at Radio City Music Hall in New York City on April 25 through April 27. Eric Fisher was chosen first overall by the Kansas City Chiefs, becoming the fourth offensive lineman ever to be selected with the top pick (all of them being tackles), since the first Common draft in 1967. Montee Ball
Montee Ball Jr. (born December 5, 1990) is a former American football running back. He was drafted by the Denver Broncos in the second round of the 2013 NFL Draft. He played college football at Wisconsin, where he was twice recognized as the best running back in the Big Ten Conference and a consensus first-team All-American. He was also a member of the New England Patriots. Until November 14, 2015, Ball held the NCAA Division I-FBS record for most career rushing touchdowns with 77 and the NCAA Division I FBS-record for most career total touchdowns with 83. Since 1990 the Doak Walker Award honors the top running back in college football in the United States. It is named in honor of Doak Walker, a former running back who played for the SMU Mustangs from 1945 to 1949 and in the National Football League for the Detroit Lions from 1950 to 1955. The player is selected by the award's National Selection Committee, which consists of notable sportswriters, television commentators, analysts, radio sports personalities and former All-America and NFL All-Pro football players. Gaston Alfred Green III (born August 1, 1966) is an American former professional football player who was a running back in the National Football League (NFL) for the Los Angeles Rams, Denver Broncos and Los Angeles Raiders. He played college football for the UCLA Bruins, Biography Green was born in Los Angeles, California. He played prep football at Gardena High School in Los Angeles, and played college football at the University of California, Los Angeles. The 2012 Nebraska Cornhuskers football team represented the University of Nebraska in the 2012 NCAA Division I FBS football season. The team was coached by Bo Pelini and played their home games at Memorial Stadium in Lincoln, Nebraska. The Cornhuskers finished with 10–4 overall, 7–1 Legends, to become Big Ten Legends Division champions. In the postseason, the team was invited to the 2012 Big Ten Football Championship Game. The 2011 Pac-12 Conference football season began on September 1, 2011 with Montana State at Utah and UC Davis at Arizona State. The conference's first game was played on September 10 with Utah at USC, and the final game played was the Pac-12 Championship Game on Friday, December 2. The 100 metres, or 100-meter dash, is a sprint race in track and field competitions.
