John Wayne Murdoch is an American professional wrestler, and is best known for his time in IWA Mid-South (IWA) and ICW No Holds Barred, where he is a former ICW No Holds Barred American Deathmatch Champion, and Game Changer Wrestling where he is a former two-time GCW Tag Team Champion alongside Reed Bentley and Alex Colon, and is a former GCW Ultraviolent Champion. He also won the 2020 IWTV Independent Wrestler of the Year. NWA Mid-America Tag Team Championship
The NWA Mid-America Tag Team championship was a tag team title promoted by the American professional wrestling promotion NWA Mid-America that ran more or less exclusively in Alabama, Tennessee, and Kentucky, United States, from the 1940s until 1980. Originally the NWA Mid-America promoted their version of the NWA World Tag-Team titles but when they became defunct in 1977 the "Mid-America" title became the main title for the promotion. The titles were reactivated in 2001 under NWA Nashville's patronage and continued to exist until 2011 when they were again abandoned. IWA Mid-South Tag Team Championship
The IWA Mid-South Tag Team Championship is a tag team title in the IWA Mid-South promotion. The title debuted in 1997, but was abandoned before the year was out, and had a brief revival in 2002. The title was brought back from 2004 to 2008 and then once again from 2017-Present. When it was reactivated in 2017 it was done via the Candido Cup, an 8-team tournament held on April 27, 2017. There have been a total of 44 reigns shared between 35 different teams consisting of 67 distinctive champions and five vacancies. The current champions are Dale Patricks and Kevin Giza who are in their first reign as a team.
