John Thorrington
John Gerard Thorrington (born October 17, 1979) is a South African-born American retired soccer player who currently serves as co-president and general manager of Major League Soccer club Los Angeles FC. Although raised in the United States, Thorrington started his career as a youth team player in England with Premier League side Manchester United. In 1999, he moved to Germany and signed with Bayer Leverkusen, however he failed to make the first team with either club and returned to England, where he signed for Huddersfield Town. He went on to feature for Grimsby Town as well before moving to the United States where he signed with Chicago Fire in 2005. Vancouver Whitecaps FC
Vancouver Whitecaps Football Club is a Canadian professional soccer team based in Vancouver. They compete in Major League Soccer (MLS) as a member club of the league's Western Conference. The MLS iteration of the club was established on March 18, 2009, and began play in 2011 as the 17th team to enter Major League Soccer while replacing the USSF Division 2 team of the same name in the city, making them a phoenix club and the third to carry the Whitecaps name. The club has been owned and managed by the same group since their USSF days. In the 2012 season, the team became the first Canadian team to qualify for the MLS Cup Playoffs. Octavio Zambrano
Octavio Zambrano Viera (born February 3, 1958) is an Ecuadorian football coach. He is a former player with international coaching experience. Zambrano has coached in North America, Latin America, and Europe. He holds a UEFA "A" diploma and a USSF "A" coaching license. Zambrano was a successful coach in Major League Soccer during the late 1990s and early 2000s. His .587 regular season winning record ranks second to Bruce Arena's .604, according to the 2015 MLS facts and record book. Player Zambrano was born in Guayaquil, Ecuador. Alan William Fettis (born 1 February 1971) is a Northern Ireland former professional footballer and goalkeeping coach at Championship side Middlesbrough As a player, he was as a goalkeeper from 1988 to 2007. Nicky Law (footballer Born 1961)
Nicholas Law (born 8 September 1961) is an English former professional footballer and football manager who is the Head of Youth Recruitment at Premier League side Burnley. He previously played as a defender notably for Barnsley, Rotherham United and Chesterfield. He became manager of the latter between 2000 and 2001 and later went on to take charge at Bradford City, Grimsby Town and Buxton. Luigi Macari (born 7 June 1949) is a Scottish former footballer and manager. He began his playing career at Celtic where he was one of the Quality Street Gang, the outstanding reserve team that emerged in the late 1960s that also included Kenny Dalglish and Danny McGrain. He is best known for his time at Manchester United, where he played over 400 games. He helped them win promotion back to the First Division and then played in their FA Cup win of 1977.
