John Robert Charlton
Ingrid Maree (née Rounsaville) Lyne (August 2, 1975 – April 8, 2016) was an American nurse from Renton, Washington, whose dismembered body parts were discovered in the Seattle area on April 10, 2016. On April 11, 2016, John Robert Charlton was arrested and two days later charged with first-degree murder. He pled guilty and was sentenced to 28 years in prison. Ingrid Lyne Lyne was a 1993 graduate of Canyon del Oro High School in Tucson, Arizona, and received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree in 1997 from the University of Arizona. She moved to Washington in 2000 and lived there for about 13 years. In 2014, she divorced Phillip Lyne. At the time of her death, Lyne was a nurse at Seattle's Swedish Medical Center. Edward Bernard Patrick Murray (born May 2, 1955) is an American politician from the state of Washington who most recently served as the 53rd mayor of Seattle from 2014 to 2017. A Democrat, he was previously a state legislator, first with the Washington State House of Representatives from 1996 to 2007, then the Washington State Senate from 2007 to 2013.
