John Raspado
John Fernandez Raspado (born February 20, 1981, in Quezon City) is a Filipino businessman and pageant titleholder who was crowned Mr. Gay World 2017. He won Mr. Gay World Philippines 2016, therefore earning the right to represent the country in Mr. Gay World. He was the first Filipino and Southeast Asian man to win the title as Mr. Gay World. Quezon City
Quezon City (, ; fil, Lungsod Quezon ), also known as the City of Quezon and Q.C. (read in Filipino as Kyusi), is the List of cities in the Philippines, most populous city in the Philippines. Mr Gay World is a registered and trademarked annual international competition for gay men. The reigning Mr Gay World is José López Duvont from Puerto Rico. López is the first Latino winner, and the first winner from the Americas. Beginnings Before there was Mr Gay World, there was IMG Mr Gay International. Brian Merriman (owner of Mr Gay Ireland) and Tore Aasheim (co-owner of Mr Gay Europe) attended the competition with the European delegation. Merriman and Aasheim decided to create their own international competition.
