John Lee (bureaucrat)
John Lee (born 22 August 1964) is the CEO of Australian Sailing, the peak body for sailing activities across the nation as well as oversight of the highly successful Olympic programme. Lee is a Director of Cross River Rail Delivery Authority (Queensland) and Zenergy Mindset and wellbeing. Lee is the former CEO of the Sydney Roosters and the South Sydney Rabbitohs, the Tourism and Transport Forum (the national advocacy body for the top 200 visitor economy organisations) Before this time he was a senior Australian bureaucrat, former head of the NSW Department of Premier & Cabinet, Department of Commerce, Ministry of Transport and the State Transit Authority. Westbus was an Australian bus and coach operator that operated bus services in Western Sydney from 1955 until October 2013. Cross River Rail
Cross River Rail is an underground railway project through central Brisbane, which is, , under construction. Cross River Rail will see the development of a new rail line underneath Brisbane River, and the redevelopment of a number of stations in the Brisbane central business district. The business case for the project was released in August 2017, with construction work officially beginning in September that year. The project replaced the planned 2013 BaT Tunnel, which in turn had replaced the original 2010 Cross River Rail proposal. The project consists of a new 10.2 km line through the CBD from Dutton Park in the city's south to Bowen Hills in the city's north, connecting existing Brisbane rail lines. The Sydney Roosters are an Australian professional Rugby league, Rugby League Football Club based in the Eastern Suburbs (Sydney) and parts of inner Sydney. The club competes in the National Rugby League (NRL) competition.
