John F. Scileppi
John Francis Scileppi (July 17, 1902 in Corona, Queens, New York City – November 26, 1987 in Stony Brook, New York, Suffolk County, New York) was an American lawyer and politician. Life He was the son of Ignatius Scileppi and Nunzia Scileppi. He graduated from Newtown High School,Hurley, Ed (December 3, 1978).Historic Newtown High: An Honor Roll of Notables. ''Daily News'' (New York, New York). p. QX4. and he earned an LL.B. from Fordham University School of Law in 1925. He was admitted to the bar in 1926. On January 30, 1929, he married Katherine I. Shea, and they had three children. He was Chief Deputy Clerk of Queens County from 1938 to 1939. In 1939, he was elected to the Municipal Court of Queens County, and re-elected in 1949. In 1951, he was elected to the County Court of Queens County, and was designated to the New York Supreme Court. Corona, Queens
Corona is a neighborhood in the borough of Queens in New York City. It borders Flushing and Flushing Meadows–Corona Park to the east, Jackson Heights to the west, Forest Hills and Rego Park to the south, Elmhurst to the southwest, and East Elmhurst to the north. Corona's main thoroughfares include Corona Avenue, Roosevelt Avenue, Northern Boulevard, Junction Boulevard, and 108th Street. Riverhead, Long Island
Riverhead is a town within Suffolk County, New York, United States, on the north shore of Long Island. Since 1727, Riverhead has been the county seat of Suffolk County, though most county offices are in Hauppauge. As of the 2020 census, the population was 35,902. The town rests on the mouth of the Peconic River, from which it derives its name. The smaller hamlet of Riverhead lies within it, and is the town's principal economic center.
