John F. McNulty
John F. McNulty (1891 or 1896–1984) was a Baltimore businessman, who served as a Democratic member of the Maryland House of Delegates from Anne Arundel County, Maryland for 17 years. He was a member of the Maryland House of Delegates from 1946 to 1954 and again from 1959 to 1966. A World War I veteran and 1916 graduate of the University of Maryland, McNulty served in the United States Navy from 1916 to 1919 to the rank of Lt (j.g.). The Maryland House of Delegates is the lower house of the legislature of the State of Maryland. It consists of 141 delegates elected from 47 districts. The House of Delegates Chamber is in the Maryland State House on State Circle in Annapolis, the state capital. The State House also houses the Maryland State Senate Chamber and the offices of the Governor and Lieutenant Governor of the State of Maryland. Charlotte Hall is a census-designated place (CDP) in Charles and St. Mary's counties, Maryland, United States. The population was 1,420 at the 2010 census. The Maryland Veterans Home for disabled veterans, including a U.S. Veterans Affairs clinic, is located on the site of the former Charlotte Hall Military Academy. The Academy site was declared the Charlotte Hall Historic District, and listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1975.
