John F. McKeon
John F. McKeon (born June 3, 1958) is an American Democratic Party (United States), Democratic Party politician, who has served in the New Jersey General Assembly since 2002, where he represents the New Jersey's 27th legislative district, 27th Legislative District, which covers the western portion of Essex County, New Jersey, Essex County. He has served in the Assembly as a Deputy Speaker (2010–11), Majority Whip (politics), Whip (2008–09), Assistant Majority Leader (2006–07) and Assistant Majority Whip (2004–05), and has been the Assembly's Parliamentarian (consultant), Parliamentarian since 2022. He is also a former mayor of the West Orange, New Jersey, Township of West Orange. West Orange High School (WOHS) is a comprehensive four-year community public high school, serving students in ninth through twelfth grades from West Orange in Essex County, New Jersey, United States. Since the closure of West Orange Mountain High School, WOHS is the only secondary school serving the West Orange Public Schools. West Orange High School has been accredited by the New Jersey Department of Education and by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Elementary and Secondary Schools since 1928. Grandfather Clause
A grandfather clause, also known as grandfather policy, grandfathering, or grandfathered in, is a provision in which an old rule continues to apply to some existing situations while a new rule will apply to all future cases. Those exempt from the new rule are said to have grandfather rights or acquired rights, or to have been grandfathered in. Springfield Township is a township in Union County, New Jersey, United States. The township is located on a ridge in northern- central New Jersey, within the Raritan Valley and Rahway Valley regions in the New York metropolitan area. The New Jersey Senate was established as the upper house of the New Jersey Legislature by the Constitution of 1844, replacing the Legislative Council. There are 40 legislative districts, representing districts with an average population of 232,225 (2020 figure). Joseph George Minish (September 1, 1916 – November 24, 2007) was an American Democratic Party politician from New Jersey who represented in the United States House of Representatives. Early life Born in Throop, Pennsylvania, Minish was the son of a coal miner, George Joseph Minish (1894-1932). His grandfather, Vincenzo "James" Minisci (1860-1920), emigrated to the United States from Italy in 1886.
