John Cluster
John W. E. Cluster Jr. (born April 9, 1954) is a former member of the Maryland House of Delegates, representing the 8th district in Baltimore County. Background Cluster was appointed as delegate to Baltimore County's District 8 by Governor Bob Ehrlich to replace Republican Alfred W. Redmer Jr., who was named Maryland Insurance Commissioner. Cluster was appointed on July 11, 2003, and sworn in on July 29, 2003. He was defeated in his bid for election in 2006 by Democrat Todd Schuler. On November 2, 2010, Cluster regained his seat in the Maryland General Assembly, serving until he resigned July 31, 2016. Maryland's Legislative District 8 is one of 47 districts in the state for the Maryland General Assembly. The district currently consists of part of Baltimore County, Maryland. The district includes the communities of Carney, Overlea, Parkville, Perry Hall, Rosedale, Rossville, Towson, and White Marsh. The District was established in 1975. The district also represented a small portion of Northeast Baltimore City, Maryland from 1995 to 2002. Catonsville High School (CHS) is a four-year public high school in Baltimore County, Maryland, United States. It is located on the southwest side of the county close to the Baltimore City border near Anne Arundel and Howard County, just outside the Baltimore Beltway. History Catonsville High School is located on 421 Bloomsbury Avenue at the intersection with South Rolling Road, having a Catonsville, Maryland, mailing address. The school was named after the unincorporated area of Catonsville. The original school can trace its roots to Catonsville School, formed in 1903.
