John Clayton (footballer, Born 1961)
John Clayton (born 20 August 1961) is a Scottish former professional footballer. A striker, he made over 150 appearances in the English Football League and had spells playing in Hong Kong and the Netherlands. A product of the Scottish Highland Football League, Clayton began his professional football career with his home town club, Elgin City FC, then of the Scottish Highland Football League, prior to transferring to England with Derby County, signing with the club at the age of 17 after completing his A-levels. He was forced to retire in 1993 due to persistent back problems that required surgery. Following his retirement, Clayton moved to Bristol in 1995 because of his wife's business and started assisting Bristol City to coach the various levels of youth football at their academy where his son Jon was playing. William John McStay (born 26 November 1961) is a Scottish former footballer and manager of clubs including Sligo Rovers, Újpest FC, Ross County and Celtic Nation. Playing career Born in Hamilton, McStay played for Celtic from 1979 to 1987. McStay made his debut on 2 April 1983 when he came on as a sub in Celtic's 3–1 home win over Motherwell and went on to make 65 league appearances, including 10 as a substitute, scoring two goals. McStay transferred to Huddersfield Town in March 1987 and later played for Notts County and Hartlepool United. Keith Derek Millen (born 26 September 1966) is an English football manager and former player who played as a centre back. He was most recently manager of Carlisle United. Millen was appointed as Steve Coppell's successor, after Coppell chose to resign from Bristol City and retire from football. Millen spent most of his professional career at Brentford, where he reached the Associate Members' Cup final in 1985, and won the Football League Third Division in 1992. After leaving Brentford in 1994, he finished his playing career with Watford and Bristol City. Following retirement, Millen remained at City as a member of the coaching staff.
